If you haven't tried this combo, shame on you, next time you do steak and potatoes, make this.
Steak:
-season with sea salt, ground pepper, Worcestershire sauce + soy sauce
5-8 Mins each side on a skillet
Chimichurri Sauce:
2 cloves of garlic
olive oil
FRESH parsley
Fresh Oregano
White Wine Vinegar (just a splash)
Potatoes:
Purple potatoes + Yukon Golds
I personally love Sage+Butter, so I mixed some up with garlic and rubbed them on the potatoes.
DONE!
